YEAR 6 CAMP

From Wednesday to Friday of Week five this term the Year 6 cohort packed their bags and headed to Fairbridge for the annual Year 6 camp. They participated in a range of adventurous and challenging outdoor activities including the giant swing, flying fox, archery, low ropes, damper making, as well as team building and trust activities.

On the first evening, students gathered together around the fire for marshmallows, worship songs, and devotions by Pastor Matt and on the final night the year sixes performed their individual and group acts for the much-anticipated camp talent quest tradition. A fantastic time was had by all students and teachers as fears were faced, challenges overcome, friendships made and strengthened, and many great memories made in the process. Thank you to the leaders at the Fairbridge campgrounds for making this such a memorable experience for the students and to all of the teachers who generously gave of their time to volunteer to make this camp possible.
