On Friday 26th August the Primary School celebrated Book Week. The students and staff had a wonderful time dressing up as their favourite book character. There were some fabulous creative costumes and lots of fun on the day. Our Book Week Assembly was held in the morning and teachers incorporated some special activities to celebrate Book Week during the day. A big thank you goes to Mrs Power in the Library, and her husband, for setting up a wonderful display where students could purchase books throughout. It was lovely to have so many families coming into the Book Fair. Our school received a portion of the profits from all the books sold and we raised over $1,000 to buy new books for our Library.
