On the 15th of November, our Year 3-6 students travelled to Langford Sports Complex to compete in the WACSSA Interschool Athletics Carnival. This event was for jumps and throws, so we had students competing in long jump, turbo jav and shot put. Students were chosen based on the results from our own Athletics Carnival that was held in Term 3. Our students competed against the best students from 16 other school and represented our College extremely well. We had many students place in the top 3 in multiple events, and a number of 1st places.
This Thursday we will compete in the second half of the WACSSA carnival by attending the track events that will be held at the WA Athletics Stadium. Please join us in wishing these students all the best, as they represent our College.
