STEM – PHYSICS

Year 7 STEM students are enjoying investigating various practical science problems. The problems are open ended and stretch students’ understanding and skill sets. One group is looking at the sound tones generated by blowing across a bottle filled with different amounts of water. Another group is studying how the way a coin is tossed and how the coin’s properties affect the outcome of the toss. A third group is looking at optical studies of a beam from a laser pointer.
