Last week, a number of our Year 10 students participated in Illuminate Education’s Next Gen Challenge, an entrepreneurial ‘project based learning’ initiative at Murdoch University.

Over the course of the week, our students worked in teams to devise business solutions to social problems. Under very tight time constraints, they devised business and marketing plans, websites, a social media presence and an investor pitch for their businesses.

On Friday morning, students presented to a panel of industry judges and showcased their ideas at an evening trade show. It was an exciting and demanding week that allowed our students to exercise a range of important 21st Century skills.
