The Transformation

Our leadership team and staff at the Childcare Centre have been on a journey of transformation over the last few months. Many hands have been involved in preparing the centre as we begin to thoughtfully and intentionally provide beautiful learning spaces and environments that provoke and invite children’s sense of wonder, mystery and inspire them to learn. Our first room Bambini, was complete on Monday, 6^th August, and our babies and their families absolutely love their new space. Here are the before and after photos.

Inspiring spaces are integral for the brain development of our children. A child’s brain develops in response to both genes and the environment. It is the interaction between the genes and environment that really shape the developing brain; a dance between biology and experience. We believe that it is important to remove the chaos and provide a calm sense of order. As such, if our environments can offer us beauty and order, then any anxieties can be put to rest. Our pedagogy and practice are reflected in our love for children and our belief that children have rights and deserve the very best care and unconditional love. Our team cannot wait to continue its work by creating intentional environments and spaces that linger in our hearts and souls long after our families leave the childcare centre.
