On Monday night, our Novice Debating Team competed in the Western Australian Debating League Regional Grand Final against Mandurah Catholic College. Lara Radic, Chloe Patton and Paige Hewins put in a tremendous performance against stiff competition and won the debate, bringing home the title of Novice Division Champions.

Their win continued a three-year run of WADL Regional Grand Final victories for SCBC. This success is testament to the excellent critical thinking skills of our students and the strong debating culture that has developed at our school.
