The Year 1 to 6 Primary House Cross Country Carnival was held on Friday the 17th of August. This is the second year we have run a Primary House Cross Country Day. Weather-wise it was fantastic, and all of the students across these year groups employed maximum effort. It was great to see some of the classroom teachers running with their classes and students supporting and encouraging their peers during their races.

All students who finished in 1st to 8th place in events received ribbons on the day and every student that ran earned House points that accumulated to arrive at the final House result. Final individual and team results and records from the Primary School Cross Country are shown below:

Congratulations to the House of David who won for the second year running.

At the 5C Primary School Assembly on Friday the 31st of August the top three students in each of these races will receive a medallion and the David House Captains will also be passed the team trophy.

The top 3 placed students from Years 2 to 6 will represent the College at the WACSSA Interschool Cross Country meet in Medina on Thursday the 6th of September.

We look forward to seeing their talents on show once more!
