On a very warm Wednesday afternoon of Week 9, secondary students participated in our intraschool cross country.  Girls and boys respectively completed 3km and 4km circuits around the school.  Participation from students was excellent and there was a healthy spirit of competition.  Our fastest students were both year 10 students.   Tiana Lang completed the 3km run in 12 minutes and 3 seconds while Celesten Fuller flew home to complete his 4km run in 14 minutes and 53 seconds.  Joshua took out the spirit award.  Many students then participated in some culture building slippery slide fun, thanks to the generous assistance of Bruce Coutts from the Singleton Golden Bay Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade.
