Some of the core elements of wellbeing include enough sleep, exercise and nutrition. Physical health interacts with mental health and either assists or hinders students’ ability to learn. In the month of May, we’re challenging all students to eat more fruit and vegetables in line with official dietary requirements. Students received a booklet today allowing them to tally the fruit and vegetables they’ve eaten over the month and includes more details on what it’s all about.
