There are two buses that cover the following routes: Baldivis to Waikiki and Mandurah to Waikiki (reverse in the afternoons).
All students in Primary and Secondary College must be registered to catch the bus service. Due to legislation, all students catching the services need to be seated and have a seatbelt allocated.
How to register
To register for the bus, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and request access to our on-line system RollCall. We will send an email inviting you to create a profile and input your child/ren’s details and allocate the bus stop.
Students must be allocated to a bus for the days and times they are travelling. Parents can do this through the RolllCall App at any time. You will be given options of the frequency, days and AM/PM routes. Please tick all that are applicable.
What is the cost to use this service?
Payments for the bus are made through Main Reception at the College or by phoning on 9540 4400 prior to students accessing the bus services.

Note: Family passes will cease at the end of Semester 1, 2019.
Once payment has been receipted, the tickets (term, single, etc) will be allocated to RollCall electronically by Reception. We no longer issue paper tickets.
Please note: Your SmartRider Account with Transperth will not be debited or used by our contracted bus services. The SmartRider contains approximately four chips. The chip for Transperth buses and trains is formatted solely for Transperth ticketing machines.
Additional Costs and Conditions:
- Credit Cards attract a 1% merchant fee, which is added at the time of processing.
- Unregistered students will be charged a fee of $3.60 + $15.00 Administration Fee.
- Students without funds available will be charged a fee of $3.60 per ride+ 20% per ride.
- The above amounts will be invoiced to families for payment by our Accounts Department on a quarterly basis. Families will then make a bank transfer to the College to pay the invoice as this invoicing system is separate to the tuition account and cannot be used as part of the Direct Debit process.
- Term passes are valid for the Term they are purchased in. They cannot be spread over Terms.
- We do not refund or adjust the cost of Term Passes.
All students have been issued with a SmartRider Card. These cards are used throughout the College – Canteen, College Bus, Transperth Bus and Library. The SmartRider Card has several chips embedded within therefore funds loaded for the Canteen cannot be used for Transperth, etc. Students who borrow library books now have their Smartrider scanned to borrow and return books.
How do students catch the bus?
AM Students need to be at the allocated stop 7 minutes before the bus arrives at the allocated stop. Students tap on using their SmartRider on the device next to the bus driver. When students arrive at the College, they exit the bus (the bus driver will mark all students off).
PM Primary Students can meet out the front of the Uniform Shop. The students will be taken to the buses by a teacher on duty. Secondary students can make their way directly to the buses. Students tap on using their SmartRider and tap off when they exit the bus. This is done at the front of the bus on the device next to the bus driver.
Request a Bus Route Change
The College reviews bus route change requests annually. For 2019 we have received the changes and are currently reviewing the changes.
The College will communicate through the Newsletter and on the website regarding the bus services. The main portal being our website. When advancements are made to RollCall, we will advise parents using these methods of communication.
If the bus breaks down, etc, we will email families directly through RollCall. The email will only be sent to families who have a child or children that have tapped onto the bus.
