Our school was invited to enter a competition to raise awareness for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. Spot the Zebra Inc. is a registered charity focused on reducing the time to diagnose Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. The children were asked to create an artwork which focused on the early signs and symptoms of this disease. River Mirabella’s artwork was selected by the Spot the Zebra judges and he was awarded a prize of a Fitbit for his entry.
