The WACSSA Division 1 Athletics Carnival, was held over two days with field events taking place on Monday, 4th of November and the track event taking place on Thursday, 7th November. Students from our Primary College were selected to represent South Coast Baptist College at the WACSSA Athletics Carnival based on class time trials throughout Term 3 and our house carnival in Term 4.
It was such a privilege and humbling experience for me to watch our students run their hearts out and make the effort to become the best of which they are capable of. South Coast Baptist College finished 3rd on the day. It was a testimony to how hard they worked to prepare for the event. It was also great to see the support and encouragement shown by all students and our college parents and guardians who made the long drive to the WA athletics stadium for the day.
