Three SCBC Year 7 students have released games on the Google Play Store. As part of the year 7 Digital Technologies course all students have the opportunity to build and program a mobile game to develop their skills and knowledge in programming and problem-solving. Samuel Robinson, Oliver Cook, and Elliott Harrington took their games a step further, such as upgrading graphics, adding extra features and levels. The students managed the additional features in their own time and collaborated on solutions to each other’s problems. The games have been downloaded in multiple countries, demonstrating the reach of technology is so global.
