SCBC Year 5 students were fortunate enough to sneak in an excursion to Scitech early in term 1! We had so much fun learning about robots, programming, and our marvelous earth. The highlight for a lot of people was the Planetarium. Here we learned about our earth’s moon and it’s cycle. Even though it was a little scary having the roof move quickly around us, it was exciting none the less!
Towards the end of the day, we got to spend some time investigating and experimenting in their general exhibit section. There were lots of physics experiments and even some awesome things about how our minds work.
It was an amazing day jammed packed full of fun and excitement. We’re very glad we got to go!
