On Thursday of week 7, our ACC Swim Team went to the Interschool Carnival. This was particularly tricky as our South Coast Secondary Carnival was cancelled due to inclement weather. All of the students who came along demonstrated brilliant attitudes, were willing and prepared for all of their races, and cheered on their peers with gusto!

During the day we had mixed results, with quite a few podium finishes. Two of the star performers for the day were Charlotte Beard who finished as the champion girl in the Open category (which includes Year 11 and 12 students), and Abby Blizard who finished champion girl for the Under 13 category.

If you see any of our fantastic Secondary College swimming team around, make sure you encourage them to represent us with amazing effort and attitude throughout the whole carnival.
