On Monday, 19th September, the Year 8 drama class performed their ‘Twisted Fairy tales’ to an audience of Year 3 and 4 students.

Year 8’s have been working on these performances for several weeks and even surveyed their audience in Week 6 about what they would like to see.

The Twisted Fairy Tales were a hit with their audience, from the ‘three little pigs’ becoming bunny rabbits to a twist in Hansel and Gretel that saw the witch become the hero.

Some favourite moments from the audience were when ‘the fox and hyena fell into the river, the wolf costume, and the set designs.

Congratulations to the Year 8’s for their first performance to an outside audience!
