PRIMARY SCHOOL EASTER ASSEMBLY

Students in Year 3-6 came together on Friday, 22 March 2024 to think collectively about the true meaning of Easter. Each year we do this through Scripture, prayer, music and a message delivered by Chaplain Sean.

This year was extra special as our inaugural Primary School Band led everyone in singing “My Redeemer Lives.” A group of Year 6 students performed a beautiful routine to the song “What a Beautiful Name”, with glow in the dark white gloves. Two prefects, Sarah Moir and Elsie Ingate led the assembly superbly. We were also blessed to have Anaya Moir’s artwork of the three crosses incorporated into the Easter Assembly. Students started the assembly by praying the Lord’s Prayer together and they ended the assembly by singing a Blessing to everyone attending in person and those watching via the livestream. It was very evident at the Primary School Easter Assembly how God uses younger students to lead others in glorifying His Name at Easter.
