ALCOA Visit

Representatives from ALCOA attended SCBC recently highlighting the apprenticeship opportunities available to our Year 11 and 12 students through Alcoa. Historically, SCBC students have been successful in obtaining an Alcoa apprenticeships, and three of our guests were SCBC Alumni. Presentations like this, allows our students the opportunity to ask questions directly, as they map out their future pathway opportunities.

KIC iMEN AND iWOMEN Project

Selected SCBC students had the opportunity this term to participate in the iMen and iWomen Programs. Hosted by the Kwinana Industries Council in partnership with local industry, this program offers our students an insight into the local industry opportunities, also spending some time preparing their resumes and networking.
