On Saturday, September 7th, our talented Vocal Academy and Cert III Music students graced the stage at the Koorliny Arts Centre for their sold-out Surge concert. The evening was a resounding success, with unforgettable performances that captivated the audience. Highlights included a stunning Billie Eilish medley led by Ella Weir-Doherty and the Year 10 music class, and Mia Young’s heartfelt original song “Tunes of The Past,” which beautifully expressed her passion for music. The Cert III Music class also impressed with their tight arrangements, adding to the many incredible moments throughout the night. We are truly blessed to have such gifted musicians and vocalists in the Vocal Academy.
