YEAR 11 STUDENTS BRING PHOTOS TO LIFE WITH CINEMAGRAPHS

Earlier this term, our Year 11 General Design Photography students completed a creative Cinemagraph project. Cinemagraphs are a unique blend of photography and film, where certain elements of the image remain in motion while the rest stays still, creating the illusion of an endless loop. This technique allows students to explore both the stillness of photography and the dynamic nature of motion, offering a new way to tell stories visually.

Below are some examples showcasing the impressive work produced by the students.
