This semester, Pre-Primary One students have been buzzing with excitement as they explored the world of bug houses! Through collaborative research, the class designed their very own bug house with the goal of attracting good bugs to our school garden to help nurture our plants.
Once the design was finalised, students experimented with a variety of materials to determine which were best suited for their creation. With teamwork and creativity, the bug house came to life! It turned out so big that we decided to call it a bug hotel!
The excitement doesn’t stop there—Pre-Primary One students are now teaming up with some talented high school woodwork students to craft a special sign for our bug hotel. We can’t wait to see the finished sign proudly displayed in our school garden!
