A big congratulations to the students who proudly represented our College at the recent IPSHA Senior Speakers’ Challenge, hosted at St Mary’s Anglican Girls’ School.
- Travis Van Rooyen – If My Dog Was the School Principal
- Ava Visser – When I Grow Up
- Rowan Touzel – Dyslexia
- Daniel Cheng – Myotopia
With 88 speakers from 22 schools, the standard was incredibly high. While we didn’t progress beyond the preliminary round, our students impressed with their confidence, clarity, and enthusiasm. Their dedication, maturity, and commitment to refining their speeches were outstanding, and they each deserve a huge round of applause.
We are also proud to share the achievements from this year’s IPSHA Academic Challenge, which brought together 28 teams from 13 primary schools for a spirited display of knowledge, teamwork, and critical thinking.
A special congratulations goes to South Coast Team Brainwave – Cedar, Samuel, and Robyn – who placed joint 4th with 65 points, finishing just one point behind the bronze medalists. An incredible effort!
We also commend The Trithinkers – Daniel and Rubee – who represented our College with pride and placed 13th overall.
Thank you to all students, teachers, and families who supported these enriching experiences. We are proud of our students’ achievements and the way they embraced the challenges with such enthusiasm.
