This term in the studio we completed and put up out Harmony Tree project, we’ve added some drum pads with two kick pedals to our music corner, re-introduced the Blipbox synthesizer, experimented with paint sticks on textured materials and black fabric, worked on our scissor skills, made textured prints, created ooblek, made a few batches of playdough, begun working with clay, used a scanner to scan our hands and random recycled objects into Microsoft Paint, experimented with paint stamping using recycled material, practised our ukulele strumming and keyboard playing, told stories with wooden spoon puppets and finger puppets, created collages from natural materials, role played being doctors and patients, shop owners and customers, created coloured rice, mixed it with clag paste and PVA to pour into molds and as always created countless paintings and box constructions, continued our skilling with computer mice and had much messy creative fun.
