On Friday, 4 September, our school student leaders joined members of the staff leadership, Executive Team, Principal, Board members and Board Chair at the Perth Governor’s Prayer Breakfast, an annual gathering that brings together leaders from across Western Australia in a spirit of fellowship, reflection and unity.

The breakfast provided a valuable opportunity for our students to engage with a broader community of civic, education, church and organisational leaders. Together, attendees paused to pray for our state, nation, communities, families and schools, while reflecting on the importance of servant leadership and shared responsibility.

For our student leaders, the morning was a meaningful reminder that leadership is not only about holding a position, but about serving others with humility, integrity and purpose. Attending alongside our Executive team and Board Chairman also highlighted the strong partnership between student leadership, school leadership and governance in shaping the life and future of our school community.

We are grateful for the opportunity to be part of this significant Perth event and for the encouragement it offered our students as they continue to grow as thoughtful, compassionate and faith-filled leaders.
