At the beginning of Term 2, Mannafest Trailer was back up and running! Due to covid restrictions, this is the first time in two years that the hospitality students have been able to take out the Mannafest trailer to serve their community. Over the past two years, the hospitality students have been pre-preparing meals, packing them in containers or serving dishes for food to be distributed at the Salvation Army centre in Cooloongup. The hospitality students have cooked delicious and nutritious meals for the people in need within our local community.
