In the Minasan room, the children have participated in many excursions and activities during the January School Holidays Program. These included things such as a trip to SciTech, a Silent Disco, a visit to AQWA and a tour to OPTUS Stadium; we also celebrated Australia Day, enjoyed Water Splash Day and were entertained by Minasan’s Got Talent -to name a few of the highlights.

Minasan welcomes and supports each child within the room, encouraging their involvement with activities and tasks. So they may express and expand their unique gifts and talents as God created them.

As the children start a new year ahead, our Educators are supporting them through the challenging transitions and changes of starting Kindy and pre-primary, plus any other new experiences ahead of them.

Children pray for the day ahead each morning and share their accomplishments in the afternoon.

The children enjoyed the Harmony Day Picnic, and their families and friends attended it. The Minasan room participated in an activity creating 3D hearts with their culture and something special about themselves written on each one; hang them from our room tree to display the many differences within the room and how unique we all are.
