This term, we have been focusing on teaching/encouraging our little friends independence and skilling. Throughout our mealtimes, the children are provided with cups and jugs of water and are encouraged to fill their cups with water (with assistance if needed). We have also been focusing on exploring a range of different senses through lots of sensory play and trays that the children have enjoyed. We also created sensory bags filled with liquid and paint that the children enjoyed feeling. It has been delightful to observe the children play whilst developing important skills.
