Vision is a picture of the future that inspires action.  At a recent Assembly I encouraged students to get a clear vision for their future in terms of their career and who they want to be as a person.  A clear vision inspires action and provides the reason to say no to the things that will hamper their progress.  Students then moved into a time of writing goals (action points) for this year.
