Parents are advised that the Secondary school will close early on Tuesday, 4 April, 2017 at 12:50 so that we can hold Parent, Student and Teacher Meetings to discuss academic progress from 2 p.m. – 6 p.m. for Year 7-12 in the Secondary Science/Maths Building (L Block). We will accommodate students who cannot be transported home at 12:50 to continue the day with lunch break and then do homework study in a classroom till the usual departure time of 14:20. 

The Parent, Student, Teacher meeting is an excellent opportunity for students and parents to engage with teachers in establishing or clarifying clear academic goals.  We would like our students to be involved in these discussions as they are an integral part of the conversation, so bring them along. The booking instructions will be sent home in a letter accompanying the Interim report which will be distributed to the students, during form, at the beginning of week 9. Please be advised that these meetings are scheduled to run for 10 minute intervals, should you require a longer meeting, please email the subject teacher to set up a time.
