SURF LIFE-SAVING CADETS OVERNIGHT CAMP

On the 23rd and 24th of November, the SCBC  Surf Life Saving Cadets Unit enjoyed spending time together and developing their Surf Life Saving Skills at our annual overnight camp. On Thursday afternoon we went jumping on trampolines at Rebound in Port Kennedy and then had some Pizza for Dinner.

We spent the night at SCBC and played some awesome games like Capture the Flag! We woke up early on Friday and travelled down to Secret Harbour Beach to complete our Community Surf Rescue Certificate. The award is one of many that we need to achieve to successfully acquire on our pathway to becoming a Surf Life Saver. We would like to thank the Secret Harbour Surf Club for allowing us to use their facilities on the day, and to Mr Winkler and Mr Galambosi for organising an awesome camp.
