On Friday, 5th April (after school), the College hosted a Chess Competition run by Total Chess for our Primary & Secondary Chess enthusiasts. Students involved experienced what it was like to be involved in an official tournament. Everyone immensely enjoyed the experience and are looking forward to their next game opportunity.

The College runs Chess clubs on Wednesday lunchtimes for both Primary (Years 4 – 6) and Secondary students. Total Chess will also be launching a Junior Chess Club in Kwinana beginning in May. For information on any of these Chess opportunities please contact Rainer Winkler winklerr@scbc.wa.edu.au
