The Year 7s this term have begun to settle quite well overall into high school with many students developing stronger friendships, leading to good habits and having support to find their way through this change in their lives. Good habits start in the mind first and the following verse comes to mind:
Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.

On Thursday 15 June, students from all forms participated in a Capture the Flag competition during extended form, run by our House Prefects. This was the first time that Year 7s have engaged in an activity of this type run by our house prefects. Thank you to these students and thank you Year 7s for your level of participation.
It was a close game overall, but in the end Yakkin (Turtle) came out as the victors. Go YAKKIN!
