Minasan OSHC Term 2 Addition  

We had an amazing term 2, and the children were busy building and creating small new projects within the room. Using the art studio resources to entice their imagination. Hama beads creations, loop bands, and bead threading have been so popular as permanent activities in the room. 

We have also celebrated Anzac Day, made poppies and baked Anzac biscuits with the children, these have been displayed on the Minasan’s wall. 

We have introduced some card games for the children, which they enjoyed participating in. Uno and Go Fish are the most popular. Improving their concentration and problem-solving skills. 

The educators encourage the children to be involved in our forum time, which helps with speaking in front of a group and grows their confidence as capable learners. One of the children is asked to pray for the day ahead or talk and explain part of their school day. Our educators are also reading to the children from the bible each morning, which the children show lots of interest in and like to participate in. 

We are all so looking forward to the action-packed upcoming July Vacation Care program. We remain committed to fostering an environment of learning, fun, and growth. Thank you for being a part of Minasan OSHC!
