On Tuesday 14th March our swimming team travelled to HBF stadium to compete against 8 school in the Associated Catholic Colleges interschool swimming carnival. Our swimmers from South Coast Baptist represented our college extremely well and we were very proud to receive some fantastic results.
We have some great swimming talent coming up through the high school years so it will be exciting to see how we go in the next few years.
Over all we placed 5th for the day.
Some outstanding swimmers:
Jason White, year 7- Won the champion boy for U13 age category and won every single race in his age category.
Alysha Holmes, year 7- Placed 4th overall in the U13 age category.
Logan Farrelly, year 8- Placed 4th overall in the U14 age category
Benjamin Scarborough, year 9- Runner up champion boy for the U15 category.
Xanthe Beacham, year 10- Runner up champion girl for the OPEN category. Xanthe was up against mostly year 12s.
