WORKPLACE LEARNING – Samantha Kennedy

The first work placement in the College’s 2019 Workplace Learning program finished on Friday, 24th May.   Twenty Year 11 and Year 12 students have been in the workplace for the last 12 weeks, attending one day per week, and accruing a minimum of 55 hours of work placement experience.

Pictured is Year 12 student Samantha Kennedy who, having completed a Certificate II in Retail Cosmetics last year, has selected to undertake Workplace Learning this year and is working at the Sunshine Child Care Centre in Shoalwater where she is doing an excellent job.

The next round of work placements commences on Friday, 21st June.
