On Tuesday the 16th May our Year 10 cohort travelled to the city to be part of the Road Safety Youth Summit.
The event was run by the Road Safety Commission and Western Australian Government and had members of the WA Police, St John Ambulance and RAC in attendance. The excursion aligned with the Keys for Life program that all year 10 students partake in during Health class.
Both this excursion and the Keys for Life program aim to show students the responsibilities of holding a driver’s license and being a safe road user. Students will soon be provided the opportunity to sit their Learner’s Permit Theory Test in class.
